Thanks to the lovely teens of Gwinnett County, our Teen Tech Week this year was a smash. 230 of you guys came out for programs like Kinect gaming, word cloud art, and techno crafting. Check out this awesome video that our Norcross teens and staff created using animoto.com:
Oh, and wondering who won our Tweeting Contest? Well, that honor (and a new Zen MP3 player!) went to Lawrence, who tweeted "I think the coolest piece of technology is the Xbox 360 Kinect." We really couldn't agree more--we love doing teen programs with our Kinect. Congrats to Lawrence! So what's next? Well, we have a brand new and very exciting program coming up April 16th at the Aurora Theatre in downtown Lawrenceville--the Teen Summit. It's a totally free day of hands-on workshops about all the important issues YOU want to explore. You'll learn some relaxing yoga moves, get help budgeting all your moolah, develop self-defense skills, get tips on going green, and lots more. Check out
